At Stirling Cycle Hub we encourage and support people to get on their bikes! We are passionate about cycling in all its forms and about the benefits it has both for the individual and for the community. We work within the following visions and aims to improve and increase cycling in Stirling and throughout Stirlingshire.
To work towards a healthier, greener future by encouraging and supporting more people to cycle.
We have a permanent presence in the Hub at Stirling Train station and love nothing more than speaking to people about cycling. We have stunning wall maps available for us to help with route planning and the facility to print off routes to take away. We also work in the local community by organising and running a range of events. We are always keen to speak to anyone about events taking place and how we can work in partnership to increase cycling.
Stirling Cycle Hub is being funded by Transport Scotland in partnership with Scotrail and is managed by Forth Environment Link. We also work in partnership with the following bodies; Sustrans, Cycle Stirling, Stirling Council, Creative Stirling, The University of Stirling.
FEL has been working across the Forth Valley since 2005, engaging communities in a range of environmental, education, cycling, health and food related initiatives. FEL grew out of the Kippen Nature Club which began in 1989 with the aim of teaching children about nature.
To link people and the environment for a greener, healthier future.
